Location was great, rooms clean and spacious. Bad odor outside was unpleasant.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff who were very helpful. However, some noise from the pool area made it hard to relax at times. The location is convenient for accessing local attractions, making it great for families who want to explore.

The staff provided excellent service and were quick to help with any requests. The pool area was a fantastic place to unwind, especially enjoying the lazy river. The mountain view from our balcony offered a perfect backdrop for relaxation.

We loved lounging by the sun terrace and taking in views of the lovely river area. The only little hiccup was that the griddle at the Bistro was out of order, but everything else was fantastic! 😊

Some might find the common areas, especially the hallways, too heavily scented, which may lead to discomfort for those sensitive to strong fragrances. Additionally, the pool area could use more attention. a few guests mentioned dirty spots and non-working lights, which dampens the enjoyment.

Great Family Retreat with Fun Amenities

My family had an excellent two-night stay! The indoor pool kept the kids entertained late into the night, while the bar had refreshing drinks for the adults. Walking by the river was beautiful, though we wished for slightly deeper pools. Overall, a great spot for a family getaway!

During valentine's day, our stay really exceeded my expectations compared to my last trip to pigeon forge. The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness of our 2 queen mountain view balcony room was excellent. I also enjoyed the amenities like the 24-hour pool and the inviting lounge area with games.
